NIKON D200 problem

anyone know how to remove and replace nikon d200 CF card slot?...

Nikon D200 with Mb D200 + 2 EN-EL3e, brand new, and SanDisk Extreme III CF 4GB 30MB/s

Mirror locks up in CH mode after 4 fps taken at ISO H1.0 and a message "No valid Picture in this folder" is presented in the LCD monitor ,although, pictures are there. I've been able to put the mirror down...

The autofocus on my D200 has suddenly stopped working!! All other functions seem fine and manual focus works, too. Why would the autofocus mode stop working? It is less than two years old and has performed perfectly until now! Help!!!

D200 using built-in flash

Shutter lags about one second, even after flash ready indicator comes on. Battery is 100% charged, and until recently flash photography was very fast....
